Challenge: In 1994, the Shalimar Learning Center opened in Costa Mesa, CA, providing a safe haven for kids from gang and drug issues. By 1997, it evolved into Think Together, a non-profit serving 200,000 students across 400 schools, hindered by outdated and fragmented IT systems.
